We offer the option to use telehealth for psychotherapy, diagnostic interviews, and consultations. Our teleassessment services are conducted by licensed psychologists following the guidelines of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and American Psychological Association. Are you seeking general information or booking a testing appointment?
The best way to book a new testing appointment or ask for information about our practice is to contact our Office Managers, Ms. Marsha Miller and Ms. Lynn Haberlein, who answer the phones and check email during business hours. After calling the main number, 301-581-1120, you may select Option 1 to speak with our Office Managers. Please be patient with us as call volume is extremely high!
We make every effort to return calls/emails promptly. If we are on the other line when you call, please do leave us a message. Make sure to include your telephone number every time (even if you think we have it) so we can call you back on your preferred number. Note that the return call you see on your phone will not be our main number if a clinician is calling you back from her cell phone. Please make sure that your voicemail is active and has space to accept messages.
